PASSIVE is your normal. Your beliefs HOLD it in place. You get your first feeling of how STRONG passive in place these BELIEFS hold the instant you are FORCED to move off CENTER and that is whenever you feel you need to become AGGRESSIVE.

FEEL how you HATE feeling the feeling of discomfort when going OFF center, that is required in order to be aggressive. Its so unmistakable it almost hurts. THAT is what it feels like when you are forced to disobey your normal and step out of a center that is held in place by your beliefs
